I work with both individuals and teams using principles drawn from Wing Chun — a Chinese martial art focused on structure, relaxed power, and clarity under pressure.

My work combines martial training, posture awareness, breathing, and movement-based stress reset.

This approach is used in two main formats:
• personal training through the Laughing Wing Chun system
• corporate workshops designed for modern workplaces

Laughing Wing Chun · 笑咏春

Laughing Wing Chun (笑咏春) is my martial practice based in Prague.

It is a modern training system rooted in the structural principles of Wing Chun, focused on calm structure, awareness, and real-world application.

Corporate Workshops
